Return policy

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

 

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Automotive repair manuals
  • Opened Gasket Sets
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU’s, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)

 

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.Items incorrectly shipped to us (mis-boxed, missing original order information, etc.) will not be accepted. Items not purchased from 123AutoParts.com will not be accepted.

 

RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS:  ***IMPORTANT***

We ship parts from MANY different warehouses all over the country. You part MUST be returned to a very specific warehouse or you will NOT receive a refund for your return. This warehouse may or may not be the same warehouse the part came to you from. When you receive an approved return request, we will let you know exactly where to send the part back to. DO NOT just send the part back to the address on the box or the packing slip.

Frequently Asked Question:

“I received the wrong Part”. If we sent you something different than what you ordered, we will fix the error free of charge. If you ordered the wrong part and it does not fit your vehicle, you are welcome to return it according to the above guidelines.

 

CORE RETURNS
If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request through our Returns form.

Please note the following when returning your Core:

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.

 

REFUNDS
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
Return Refunds are processed once per week on Wednesday Night for all returns received and logged in by the previous Friday. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from delivery for your return credit to process.

 

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please email us IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the exchange process. We will contact you via email with further instructions. There is nothing we can do for you, if you wait weeks after receiving the part to open it and find out it was damaged in shipment. Our shipping carriers damage insurance does not help after a certain period of time.

 

*LIFETIME WARRANTY (LIMITED)

Beginning November 2014, most parts we sell are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Purchases made prior to November 1st, 2014 are covered under our 12 month Warranty. To make a Warranty claim, you must have made your purchase directly on www.123AutoParts.com and provide proof of purchase. Warranty Claims are for part exchange ONLY. Cash refunds are never given for Warranty Claims. This Warranty is offered to cover devective parts that go bad too soon. EXCLUSIONS from this Warranty include but are not limited to: Belts, Brakes Pads/Shoes, Electronic Components, Books, Gaskets, and other stuff that was just consumed and didn’t really go bad too early. Common Sense rule applies to this Warranty, and if you have any questions, fell free to ask before buying. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (**BE ADVISED**)

123AutoParts.com does not sell or ship to buyer’s outside the United States. Removal of your order from the United States delivery address we delivered to is your acknolwedgement and asumption of 100% of the risk assiciated with ordering parts online. NONE of our service guarantees apply to your part once it is removed from the delivery address here in the US. This includes, but is not limited to, delivery of an incorrect or damaged item, warranty claims, part exchanges or refunds.

 

MARKETPLACE BUYERS
If you purchased from us on any of the marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.), the Seller of Record for that purchase is the Marketplace, NOT 123AutoParts.com. All Terms, Waranties, Returns and Guarantee policies of the marketplace in which you purchased will apply to your transaction.

 

LABOR
Under NO circumstances will we refund any labor costs (or other costs) incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased from 123AutoParts.

 

GUARANTEE
123AutoParts.com guarantees the workmanship of the products we sell. We guarantee we will get you the part you ordered. If you have received a defective a defective or damaged product, please emailservice@123autoparts.com for further instructions. If you ordered the wrong part for your vehicle and it doesn’t fit, submit a return request within 30 days of purchase.
